This is the ideal place to hang out with friends or enjoy a dessert after grabbing pizza next door. I've sampled several items, and everything has been fantastic! A small cup of vanilla ice cream with sprinkles is the perfect way to cool off on a hot day. This particular Rita's is situated in a lovely shopping center, making it convenient to stop by while running errands, and the owner is really friendly! I highly recommend checking this place out!
Rob and his team were outstanding and extremely professional during my visit to place an order. I passed by several other Rita's to get to this location, and I'm glad I did. The place was spotless, and the staff greeted me warmly as I entered. They thanked me for my patience, and the employee efficiently handled the line with great grace and poise. I will definitely be returning to this Rita's from now on.
Apparently the Sundae on the right is a small and the sundae on the left is a large. I pointed out that to the guy and young lady who made them. They said that “they were just made differently”. I understand making a mistake or making things differently. But when the customer points it out you shouldn’t ignore their comment or act like the customer is wrong.
Rita's of Linthicum generously gave the Linthicum Elementary School PTA coupons to auction off at its silent auction. They are incredibly supportive of the community. Rita's in Linthicum are always will to give back to the community. In the past they have donated for Vacation Bible School at Friendship Church of the Brethern and today they donated very generously for our upcoming silent auction. Very personal and friendly place to go.
Rob, the owner, and the staff are always exceptional every time we visit this location. We don’t go anywhere else; it offers the best selection of flavors, is clean, and the service is both efficient and friendly.
Always good service manager has always inquired about what flavors we like and tells us when he will be making the ones he knows we buy alot of normally we buy multiple quarts at a time
