River And Rail Cantina

My wife and I visited River and Rail for the first time and were blown away. We we told about it from a family member and decided to try it out. We liked the fact that it is authentic Mexican food vs a fast food or authentic want to be kind of place. First of all, the service was excellent. We had a waiter named John and he was very friendly, had a lot of information for us when asking questions, he really knew what the restaurant has to offer. He was very attentive and helpful. eating is not authentic. it is more like tex mex, Mexican almost food. they have a beautiful bar area and the whole, the atmosphere is very beautiful. I would give her drinks 4 stars. full bar, nice place to hang out and have drinks but not great when they go for eating.

Always on point with their food. Lots of craft beer selections and amazing margaritas. Great place to bring kids. Outdoor area with corn hole, giant Jenga and connect 4. Awesome linear gas fire place. I typically get the chimichuri steak or any of the enchiladas

Amazing Mexican food! We love coming here specifically for the margaritas and nachos but the rest of the food and drink is amazing. I live in England and anytime I visit my parents in Jersey we make them come here at least once a trip.

Average spot, weak drinks.Had to sit at the bar to receive happy hour prices. Lame policy.
