We stayed here just one night last week and had one of the cheaper rooms. Although this room was a little dated it was so spectacularly clean and well appointed, with new carpet. We had a restaurant quality meal served to our room with a very large serve. Reception staff (Adeena) were exceptional and very friendly. Our room was only $95. Well worth it.On the way back we stayed again without pre booking and had a quite magnificent river front room, modern, well appointed and with a view to die for across the Derwent and all for $125. Took my wife and daughter for a meal. Riverfront is just down the road and we didn't know they offered meals. We thought it was only an accommodation place. Very nice staff, modern and comfortable dining area, meals were delivered promptly and very delicious. We'll definitely be back.
We stayed in a budget room so wasn't expecting much. It was very comfortable, clean and friendly. They have a restaurant which was very nice. There is also laundry facilities if needed. No complaints as office staff was more than accommodating and helpful.
After staying in the villas with a group of friends it was very convenient to book at the restaurant on site. The menu range is adequate and the food was good.However, the refusal of the staff to accept bill splitting diminished the experience.

Just down the road yet we had not utilised the restaurant for dinner before. Steak and pork cooked to perfection. Burgers went down a treat. Service was spot on. Will be back and happy to recommend.

We were on a bus trip and found this motel and restaurant all you could want. One unique thing is they grow their own veggies for their restaurant.

Lovely quite dining room good choices on the menu . Good choices to for children and Adults . We would return again
Great food , simple and very flavoursome. Would recommend the Potted pie. Poached eggs on sourdough was great too
