We went here to celebrate my daughter's birthday. This is one of her favorite restaurants. I ordered something off the menu and the waitress seemed a bit confused. It was on the menu as being able to substitute a chicken breast for the burger at no charge. I pointed to the exact lines on the menu to what i wanted. When we received the food there were several hairs in the sandwich and fries. I watched one of the waitresses drop a cup of something with a lid on it and promptly pick it off the floor and put it on the plate again. Finally, when we received the bill it stated an upcharge for changing the sandwich to chicken even with the menu stating there was no charge. We were never told there...
I ordered the moonshine burger. It comes with fries. Let’s start with the burger. It was built very nice. The moonshine sauce was on the sweeter side. It complimented the burger well. Now the meat itself was bland, but all together it was good. When the sauce wasn’t on part of the burger it was very plain. The fries had a coating on them. Definitely not for me. Overall if the fries were fresh cut or even maybe a waffle fry would of gotten a 4th star. Customer service was quick and on point. So great job there.
Worst restaurant I've ever been to. My husband I walked in, the blond told us to sit anywhere she would be right with us. We waited between 15-20 minutes. About 6 younger people walked in sat down she went right over took there order. While we were still waiting. We finally got up walked out. Not 1 person in there acknowledge us while we waited or walked out. I wouldn't give this place any stars if I didn't have to to write a review. Good luck with your restaurant your employees.
The chicken and pulled pork had no flavor. Fries were cold. All they did was microwave them so if you like hard chewy fries this place is for you!! Short staffed or not I've gone many pubs and bars. Food is always good. Don't know how they stay in business and it's a Friday night.. hmm. Oh yeah also table needed to be wiped down. First impression. Yeah I'll leave it there. Enjoy! Went with a friend for lunch. We both ordered the southwest salad, hers with chicken and mine with shrimp. Wow! The ranch dressing was delicious and the portion size was great. I had 10 large pieces of shrimp and could only eat about 6. Music is a little loud for the lunch hour but otherwise a really good experience.
This restaurant is average in my opinion. The reason my wife and I decided to dine here was because they have live music. Make sure to check their Facebook page to see if any events are scheduled. It was our first time at this location - usually we go to the Roadhouse on IL-71 in Oswego.
Stopped in here for lunch with my husband to try something new. I ordered the Mother Clucker Sammie and it was so delicious. The chicken was moist and the garlic aioli was amazing. Our bartender was also quite attentive and very kind. We will definitely stop here again!
We went on St. Patrick's Day. The place was packed, but we didn't have to wait long for a table. They had live music and it was AWESOME! Our food was really good and reasonably priced. We'll definitely go back next time we're in town. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Cool place definitely roomy and busy and the workers was all friendly and in top of things. Ribeye was cooked a little more than I asked and Mac n cheese was not heated up cold was brought a hot new one but ate it all will be back.
