I 've been a regular customer since they opened here in LaGrange and their food and service had been consistently good until today 1/21/23. I ordered by phone and was told 1-1/2 hours. I had no problem with that especially on a Saturday evening. First, a polite thank you on the phone after placing my order would be considered reasonable. Or even saying your welcome when I say thank you, instead of just hanging up. Second my order consisted of a medium supreme, a brownie, and a 2 liter Mountain Dew. I asked them politely to remake my food since it wouldn't be fresh(My mistake I accidently didn'thit the deliver option and did pick up . They said they would and would deliver it to me as long as I pay for delivery fee(which was fine? . Thinking they would be honest about it and actually remake it so its fresh, I was wrong. All they did was throw more cheese on top and throw it back in the oven... Kind of disappointed. It was still good pizza but its about the morals of it.. Lodi was "too busy" to deliver to us tonight, which was disappointing since they are the only ones who deliver to our area. So, I called Lagrange to see if they would deliver to us. They were incredibly kind on the phone, checked our address, and happily agreed! Our order arrived quickly, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The pizza is on the pricey side, but it's worth every penny because it’s so good! Thank you, Lagrange Romeo's, for coming through with your delivery. It’s a wonderful treat for our family living out in the countryside where delivery options are limited! We really appreciate it!

Simply not good! Gave this location multiple chances since they?re closer to me than Medina, but it has been a bad experience each time. Pizza not fully cut, toppings stuck to top of the box, and just not the same quality I have come to expect from Romeo?s..
I've always enjoyed great pizza from this place, but today was a disappointment. I was embarrassed to serve it to my guests; the bottom was burnt and the dough tasted stale. Plus, it cost $37.
Always fresh and delicious! Thank you for a wonderful dinner... and breakfast too! Haha! The young lady at the counter last night was incredibly sweet and helpful.
You all consistently do an amazing job! We tried the new pickle bread, and it received a big thumbs up from everyone!!!
