I'll start by saying we've ordered from here before and have been satisfied. This last time we ordered our food showed up burnt. They were closed when I went to call to let them know. I messaged on Facebook to show them the food and never got a response, it's been a week now. We called today and explained and the person on the phone said they would let their manager know. Hopefully we will hear from them soon because we enjoyed ordering from here. Super bummed to leave a bad
Have had multiple orders back-to-back-to-back messed up, does not matter whether we call to order or place order online. I cannot think of another place we order food from that we can consistently expect something to be made incorrectly to how we order it (simple things, like removing items from a sub). Lodi was ?too busy? to deliver to us tonight. Disappointed with that. No one delivers out here except them. Called Lagrange and asked if they would deliver to us. They were so kind on the phone and checked the address and said yes! Order came fast, fresh, and fantastic. The pizza is expensive! BUT, it is so good! Thank you, Lagrange Romeo?s for delivering to us. It?s a huge treat to our family being out in the country where no one delivers! We are appreciative!
