To start, Roots did not honor our reservation, telling us to sit wherever we pleased. We had come for a live music event starting at 5:00, arriving at 4:50, but we were not served for thirty minutes due to only one server on duty. Once two more servers started their shifts, things improved. The food was decent, hot, and tasty, but not all requests were fulfilled, such as my request for fresh, hot coffee at the time of booking. I loved the concept of the multigenerational and level of care included with the restaurant and pub. There's a cozy section behind glass in the restaurant that looks very homey and inviting.

The only downside of this restaurant is the limited parking options. Street parking is the only available option, and it can be quite crowded during lunchtime on Fridays.
my only weight is the lack of parking. it is very busy on street parking and on Friday morning.
