This is a fantastic spot for lunch. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is clean. I ordered the molcajete, which comes served in a lava stone bowl. The sauce they use is delicious and has a nice kick to it. However, I did notice that the hot stone can dry out the chicken and steak a bit. Despite that, the flavors are still really enjoyable.
I dropped by the restaurant and ordered a chicken burrito, which pleasantly surprised me with its taste. However, the staff could use some improvement in customer service and understanding when it's appropriate to joke around. I would consider returning if I'm in the area, but it’s not a place I would go out of my way to visit.
Absolutely, this is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in the world. The burritos are incredibly delicious and almost have a cake-like quality to them. It's family-owned, and in the six years I've lived in Santa Barbara, I’ve never had a bad meal here. You definitely need to try it!

Delicious food, spicy salsas, and fast service. I had the taquitos and my friend had the crunchy tacos. Both entrees were tasty, affordable, and a proper size . Service was very friendly.
What a delightful surprise! Our original destination was Superica, but when we arrived, the line was incredibly long. Fortunately, we discovered Rosales just a few blocks away.

This place isn't as popular as Los Agaves down the street, so you can walk in here and almost never have to wait in line.
