We went to Rosangala's on a recommendation. Atmosphere and service were both good. We enjoyed the cheese sticks and salad also. The pizza was horrible. 1/2 sausage, mushroom,onion, and green pepper. 1/2 sausage, pepperoni, mushroom, and garlic. We ordered the pizza well done. It came out burnt and inedible on the smog side. Usually, the side with the least ingredients cooks faster and comes out more well done. Not in this case. The smog side that was burnt, barely had any cheese. The mushrooms were out of a can. Maybe Sunday night is the wrong time to come here . Everyone has a bad day. I will give them one more chance.
This may be the best pizza in Chicago. Oh wait. It’s evergreen park. Okay. This may be the best pizza in Chicagoland. They have remodeled and upped their game. Tonite I had a terrific pizza. The sausage was great. Green pepper was tasty. The crust was crispy. It doesn’t get any better than this. Also had a salad which was delicious. It had cheese, black olives, giardinera, and tossed in oil. Wow. Washed all this down with Conway Irish Ale. You may have to wait for a table but it beats going elsewhere for subpar food.
I was told this was the best pizza on the Southside, and it didn't disappoint! Parking the rear, when we stepped in, it felt like the old-school neighborhood pizza place. Dawn was our waitress and was very helpful, polite, and had a great attitude. She gave recommendations, from appetizers to our pizza. She kept our drinks refreshed and the table clean. We will for sure go back!
A long established genuine Chicago pizza parlor! Everything they do is consistent and traditional. Great appetizers, even better Pizza. The Pizza we get is always thin and crispy. You’ve heard about the awesome thin crust pizza. They also have a delicious sausage and peppers platter. Get both. You can always take home a doggie bag.
Ordered x-large sausage, pepperoni, mushroom pizza The crust was cracker thin and crispy. Sausage was delicious. Pizza was fantastic!
