Very underwhelmed. Management was nice enough to take one of the meals off the tab as the Cacio d' Pepe was not good. The Rigatoni alla Vodka was OK, but this should not be $26 with no protein. It's a bowl of noodles with vodka sauce nothing special. This meal should be $15 $18 dollars without protein. Service was really short and bad. Never asked if we wanted salads or appetizers and never checked on our meals. The guy was a bit out to lunch and ready for retirement. I have no plan to revisit.
Another great meal at Rosebud. We’ve pivoted from our usual brick chicken to Skirt steak. The cut is top notch as well as flavor! Perfectly cooked and seasoned! Phenomenal chopped salad and banana cream pie rounded out the visit! Rosebud is very consistent with food prep and seasoning. It’s it not right, speak up! They want you to have an experience to remember.
The food was outstanding. There was way too much which is unusual for me to say. I always finish everything but I wasn't close to finishing my Veal Parmigiana. There other dishes were just as large. The service was great as well.

Just celebrated my wife’s birthday there on the 14th of October. Wonderful evening. I bought promotional gift cards at Costco which saved us 20%. Every little bit helps.
Bolognese was excellent, generous portion, as was Caesar salad . Chicken Milanese was tasty, huge, tho slightly dry, seemed to be overcooked , service was excellent.
This was our first time in the new building and it was great. Food was plentiful and good and the service was good. Will definitely go back.

Was a busy night at Rosebud. Kitchen staff was super busy. Food was good and CoCo was amazing as always.
