We ordered one chicken sandwich, one spicy chicken sandwich, one club sandwich, and one fish and chips. Here’s what we liked: Our waitress, Lysandre, was fantastic—funny, engaging, and very attentive. The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and the fish and chips were particularly excellent. Overall, the wait for a table was relatively short, and the food was tasty. However, there was a significant downside: we discovered three chicken bones in our two sandwiches! This rating is for whomever manages the waiting time published for online orders. Not sure if this is the franchisor or the owner. As I waited an hour longer watched the poor employees bust their chops to get as many orders out as possible on a Friday evening I couldn 't help but wonder what the home office folks were doing as customer after customer gave up and left after ridiculous waiting times (someone said they had been waiting 2h40mins for their order). You are asking top dollar for your chicken, how about you spend a few bucks and do a better job at managing your customers ' expectations!? I’ve had much better experiences elsewhere; Hubert is far better organized and doesn’t keep customers waiting. I ordered a lobster roll and fries, but they were dry, and I didn’t receive any cutlery or napkins—maybe I came off as a savage customer. I also requested chicken to take with me and asked for a box, but I had to wait because they ran out. What was supposed to take five minutes ended up taking much longer. They take your order, and then you end up waiting for a long time. On top of that, the restaurant area is quite cold.

Very disapointing for a StHubert! The fries were dry and the filets overcooked!And what is the questiion that they ask at the drive thru: Vous voulez donner un pourboire pour lequipe? Its like, first of all, im at the drive thru, second of all if the girl at the window would be smiling and nice, i would be tempted! For a Chinese ordering food in a Saguenay hotel on Good Friday night, it should be difficult. However this St Hubert handled it with ease. Staff tried their best to help me with my order, Generous portion of whole chicken, crispy with strong aroma, clean and flavorful coleslaw, and four big hot sauce cans.This restaurant just satisfied me same as some great 5star restaurants had Great execution in a whole package.Appreciated. One of the best St Hubert chain locations!

The service was friendly and the staff spoke English, which made communication easy. They also encouraged our attempts to speak French, which was nice. My child absolutely loved the toy car they used to serve the kids' meal.

An ok restaurant. They respect the hygien measures. Service was good. Make sure your order is clear. The foid is good. Some was not very warm.
