I ordered a Monday evening online around 7:30 p.m. After 2 hours the order was still not there. When I called for the first time I was told that the delivery man was leaving immediately with the order. 40 min later still not arrive...I then called a second time for a refund. When the delivery man finally arrived, he started to walk in the door to deliver my order in person since we did not answer, because we had already called beforehand for a full refund.When he arrived, the delivery man even had the nerve to go around the house to go to my backyard and scared the children by shouting through the patio door while everyone was sleeping so late.It was really the last time I ordered there. When they delivered my order again, the box was missing the coleslaw, and the sauce and fries were not the correct sizes. Overall, I was really disappointed with the online service. That said, the chicken was good, but the fries were overly greasy. This happened on Sunday, August 20th, around 6:05 PM when I placed my order. It's frustrating to pay for something and not receive what you expected. I wouldn't recommend their online service, though the in-person experience might be better. Honestly, the online operation needs improvement to avoid these issues in the future. I'm not someone who leaves negative reviews lightly, but I hope they can address the errors in their online orders.

For $10 more than its competitor, it simply isn't worth it. Even though the location is closer and the delivery is faster, the chicken is undercooked. FINI Ti-Coq is far too pricey considering the poor quality of the food.

The daytime staff are very nice and helpful, but the evening service leaves something to be desired. It's a take-out counter, but there are picnic tables outside.
