I've ordered takeout from Round Table Pizza a few times a year without major issues, but tonight was different. I placed an order online and got a confirmation on the order page, but I never received the usual email confirmation. Worried it might have been a glitch, I called the restaurant to verify my order. Unfortunately, the staff hung up on me twice while laughing, thinking I was on hold. On my third call, I discovered they hadn't received my order because they had disabled online ordering due to being overwhelmed, and there was no notice about this on their website. This round table us had consistent service and food every time I come. I order on the app and the pizza is always ready at the promised time. Employees are friendly and it seems there’s a good comradely between them which makes for a great customer experience. The only negative I could say is that the location is a bit sketchy at times. Homeless and trash can litter the parking lot (but honestly, thats anywhere in Sacramento) — this has never effected the cleanliness inside this round table. Overall happy with my every experience here.
They will need a new manager . Whoever managers the place , is doing a disaster job. Ordered our pizza at 5:30pm , paid ,and came to dine in, after waiting over an hour , they told me , I?m sorry for some reason we didn?t put your order in. It?s 6:40pm,let?s refund you . Kidding me ? Wasting people?s time and saying you forgot to put the order in ? Manager should be fired on thespot for running the place like a hoax .
Just ordered an extra large King Arthur Supreme and 6 parmesan garlic twists. Ready so quickly, and absolutely piled high full of quality ingredients. Very filling, and at least 3-4 meals. Worth the cost for sure. Skip out on the one around thecorner[watt ave], and make the trek to this location, trust me you won't regret it.

The staff at this location is amazing. We had a big group and spent several hours playing board games from 3 PM until closing. They were exceptionally attentive and ensured all our needs were met. It was a delightful experience in a lovely atmosphere!
I stopped by for the lunch buffet and was truly impressed! The food was fresh and delicious. However, the dining area could use some extra entertainment, like music or more TVs. Aside from that, the staff was both friendly and professional.
Never crowded. Pleanty of parking. This location is kept very clean especially the restrooms. They have a good selection of Arcade games. Staff is friendly. Pizza and wings are delicious as usual!
This place used to be wonderful with all that dark wood interior and excellent pizza. Now it is a dirty, ugly, puce fabric den of dreadful, fake pizza. What a loss.
