If I had the option to give a negative 5 star I would. Whoever responded from this branch is very rude and has no knowledge of customer service. This guy has the worst attitude and I hope the HQ educates this guy. There's a lot of pizza choices these days but Round Table is one of those companies it's been around for a very long time. Yes there are cheaper places to buy pizza but if you try one of their pizzas you understand why they may be double in price. Every time I buy a pizza there all the ingredients are fresh they don't taste like your Little Caesars or any other cheaper pizza places out there. With the day and age that we live in and the cost of running a business and using good quality ingredients that are fresh this is the day and age that we are in now so you're going to pay the price. The television in the restaurant was blank, adding to the sense that it was waiting for something to happen. Additionally, one of the staff members, possibly a co-owner, had a noticeable body odor while cleaning the tables, which is something that should be addressed. I was also concerned about the salad, as it was left uncovered. Finally, the pizza we ordered was very basic and did not live up to the promotional poster we had seen, which likely depicted a more appealing pan-style pizza.
I never got my order, so I canceled it, but the deliveryman called me awhile later that he's here with order. So I called the store again and guess what the order was not canceled. Then why the other staff told me she canceled and refunded it? The store manager even cut off the conversation and hung up the call without any apologies. I don't know if it's refunded. The worst delivery system ever.

Avoid purchasing gift cards from this restaurant. We bought one a few months ago and tried to use it today, but it didn't work—despite never having been used. It felt like we were scammed. The staff wasn't very friendly or welcoming; they seemed quite displeased. Additionally, the restaurant was very warm inside. However, I have to say that the food is fantastic!
I ordered a pint of 805 and the guy poured me a mug, a 12oz mug. I said that's not a pint. He said it was and walked away. I drank down my little 12oz beer and told the next guy This isn't a pint and he said No, it isn't and gave me a giant to go cup of 805 for free!? ? ? And the pizza was pretty ? good.
It's under new management. I was charged for 6 drinks and they only wanted to give me 5. The food was terrible, not the roundtable it used to be. I was very disappointed in the food and service. Plus the restrooms were messy and there was nothing showing in their TV's not even music in the background ?
When I walk to the front desk, a stuff over there even don’t say hello, when I say I am ordering then no responses to me, obviously I am not welcomed, and I insist on seeing their menu standing at the front desk for almost 7 minutes, again, no one helps me here, then I am leaving.
