Last night, I tried to buy two packs of Newport cigarettes, aware of the big sign on the entry door promoting a $2.50 discount when purchasing two packs with a robo rewards card. However, at checkout, I only received a $1.00 discount. Brenda was incredibly kind during my visit. She engaged in friendly conversation and was very polite to the customers ahead of me. I noticed her offering a bag for one patron's food as he was about to leave, and the interaction was both respectful and pleasant. When it was my turn, Brenda generously offered me a complimentary cup of ice to go with my drink since it was such a hot day. I have never experienced such excellent customer service at a gas station or at any other Royal Farms like I did today. I will definitely be returning to this location regularly during my commutes and am looking forward to becoming a loyal customer.
I had a very disappointing experience at Royal Farms. I stopped by to grab some snacks for a game, and as soon as I entered, an employee started watching me very closely, as if I were planning to steal something. I was simply looking for something suitable for an 81-year-old. When I picked up a bottle of water and put it in my bag, she even moved near the door to keep a closer eye on me. I had to reassure her that I wasn’t stealing—I just wanted to get what I needed and leave. She tried to dismiss it, but I’ve never felt so offended in my life. I won’t be returning to any Royal Farms locations again.

There should be an option for no stars. The manager of this store is very unprofessional and disrespectful. When I told him that the automated register took my money, his reply was well you should have counted your money before you put it in , and refusedtoo help. Also, for 2 days last week, there was no air conditioning on in the store on some of the hottest days of the summerwhich caused some of the items in the store to go bad. But this did not stop them from trying to sell them. This is the worseroyal farms I have ever been to and I will not be spending anymore money at this location.
There should be an option to give zero stars. The manager at this Royal Farms was extremely unprofessional and rude. Additionally, for two days last week during some of the hottest summer days, the store’s air conditioning was not working, which caused some products to spoil. Despite this, they still tried to sell those items. This is by far the worst Royal Farms I’ve ever visited, and I won’t be returning to this location.
The cook in the back seems very unprofessional. This is the first Royal Farms I've visited that charges extra for everything. At other locations, I've been able to substitute dark meat without any issues, but the female cook who closes on certain days is quite rude about it. I've never had to pay for sauces before, but she seems to rush through everything and rarely has food that looks appetizing. I think it would be beneficial for her to receive some retraining, as she appears to be disinterested in her job.
The convenience of this location is it allows me to run in quickly to grab something to eat or drink when I'm on the Lightrail heading to work. My recent trip only had one disappointment which was in regard to the lids for hot beverages. They did not havethe travel lids which close up to prevent spillage. Therefore, I had to be very careful in my travels on the Lightrail.

The manager is extremely rude. He walks away while you're still talking and rolls his eyes. Additionally, while their website claims they have public restrooms, it seems that delivery drivers are not allowed to use them.
No gas available and no proper restroom. We drove all the way here to refuel and use the bathroom before heading to BWI. Now we know better.
