I went in for many things including $20 of gas. When I went to check out I was waiting for the cashier who?m I called for twice but came up when a line developed and said rudely I should have told her I was there. Asked for $20 gas as she rang up my items.I could tell her frustration by her avid complaints of her job so I rushed as quickly I could to pay and when I asked for thereciept again she gave a crude toned remark. When I read the reciept I say she put $40 gas. I figured we were both havingterrible days and went in to ask if she needed gas since my car couldn't fit it. The cashier Kim made it into a fault game, hesaid she said. After the manager came I ended with a $20 refund, the man...
I'd like to give a shout-out to Store 88 in Monkton, or maybe Jarrettsville—I'm not quite sure what that corner is called! Regardless, the food is excellent, no matter when we visit, and the service is consistently friendly. The coffee is always fantastic, the creamers are kept full and fresh, and the place is tidy, creating a lovely atmosphere overall. Keep up the great work, everyone! I also hope this location gets the recognition it deserves for their hard work. Please pass this message along to their district leader!
The chicken at this restaurant is consistently unappetizing and drenched in oil. It seems like they don't bother to drain it after cooking. Whether they skip draining it entirely or just keep reheating it, it's clear that it's soaking up more oil each time it goes back in the fryer. It's so unpleasant that my son now makes a point to drive 5 miles out of his way to visit another location, even though this restaurant is just 3 miles from our home.
I recently visited this Royal Farm to order a 2-piece chicken tender meal, but I was disappointed to find that the chicken tenders had been cut in half, leaving me with just one tender. I live in York, PA, and the tenders there are twice the size. I even went back inside to check, wanting to avoid jumping to conclusions, but unfortunately, the entire bin was the same way.
