The manager at this Royal Farms location is the best I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Having worked in various retail settings and met many managers, none have demonstrated the same level of commitment to customer service and satisfaction as he does. Whenever I have a question he’s unsure about, he always makes the effort to find the answer for me. He’s consistently polite, friendly, and understanding. He’s also assembled a fantastic team. On top of that, the new ROFO car wash next door is a very convenient addition!
I recommend only ordering food at Royal Farms if the staff member with dreadlocks is working. Unfortunately, other employees who prepare the food don’t appear to be as careful, and they can be unhelpful when you bring up concerns. Considering the prices, this attitude is frustrating. The service is disappointing unless that specific employee is on shift; he clearly knows how to provide good customer service and deserves a managerial position. Overall, I’d advise against ordering here unless he is present.
This Royal Farms location is definitely not the best. Even when there’s no line at the register, you may still have to wait for assistance, which I haven’t encountered at other branches. Their coffee selection is limited, and they were out of the one I wanted—a first for me. Furthermore, employees were talking about personal matters while ringing up customers, which seemed unprofessional. On my last visit, they offered only one type of breakfast sandwich. Overall, it was an underwhelming experience.
This is easily the worst Royal Farms I've ever been to. I walked in and ordered chicken, but I ended up waiting over 45 minutes for my food. When my order finally arrived, the chicken was cold, and I only received 14 pieces instead of the 20 I had ordered. They also forgot to include our mashed potatoes and gravy, and I had to remind them to get those for us. Unfortunately, they still forgot the gravy. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

Every time I try to inflate my tire, the air pump is always out of order, which is incredibly frustrating—especially when I'm dealing with a flat tire. Recently, I went to the Royal Farms in Edgewood to fill my tire, but since it was freezing outside, my tire was almost completely flat. I was very disappointed to discover that the air pump was broken. This location definitely needs some improvements.

I’ll take everything, thank you! Normally, I only stop here for gas, mostly because of the bright lights shining at night. But honestly, I’m always willing to stretch a quick 5-minute stop into a 30-minute visit just to see if I can find an open register when I reach the checkout.

I had to deduct 2 stars from my rating. The chef's greasy hair was falling over his face while he was preparing food, which was quite unappealing. It would be better if he could either tuck his hair under the hat he was wearing or use a hair net. It was rather unsettling.
