The woman preparing orders behind the counter took the wings I returned and carelessly dumped them back in with the rest. She was wearing a dirty latex glove on her right hand and a dirty work glove on her left—both had touched the chicken! I told her I had handled the wings, but she still placed them back behind the glass with the others.
When I raised the contamination concern again, she removed only the three wings I had touched. But what about the rest? I asked if the remaining wings were now contaminated because of my dirty gloves. I insisted that all the wings, about five or six in addition to my three, should be discarded. Despite my worries, she reassured me that everything was fine...
On Sunday, September 18th, my ride partner and I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was slow, and the food quality was poor, which ultimately made us both feel very ill that evening. The chicken took an eternity to arrive, and the wings were unavailable. When we finally ate what we had ordered in the car, it tasted like old grease. Unfortunately, both of us ended up with a severe gastrointestinal issue, akin to Montezuma's Revenge. I will be submitting a formal complaint to the management team.

I WALK in 11 ppl deep in line..my food is behind the counter..the chicken man told me good luck...i had to go behind the counter because they had granny trying to run the front!!!!! Omg it was the worse for a royal farms in CROFTON!!!!!!!!

I usually go to Costco to purchase my gasoline but since I discovered Royal Farms and see that the gas prices are compatible I have been stopping in every since. It?s very convenient since it?s on my way to and from work. I recently relocated fromCalifornia so you know that I am one happy customer lol.
I usually fill up my tank at Costco, but I recently discovered Royal Farms and saw their prices are comparable, so I’ve started stopping there instead. It’s super convenient since it’s right on my way to and from work. Having just moved from California, I’m definitely a happy customer! (laughs)
Well the only Royal farms out of the 70 that I visited this place wants extra money for a roll and then 69 cents for each dipping sauce every place else that stuff is included what a wasted store

Absolutely awful. My chicken sandwich tasted like fish and was slimy. The people working were rude and it wasn?t clean at all. Should have went to wawa. Wawa 5/5 stars
6 pm on a Tuesday. NO CHICKEN. Was told this 5 minutes after placing my order that it would be 16-20 minutes. Rudely. No apology. Dirty store. Will not return.
