I called ahead before heading to the restaurant, and when I arrived, my food was ready. I ordered the grilled gourmet taco with shrimp and the shrimp quesadilla, both of which were delicious. The food was served hot, and the checkout process was generally fine. I rated the experience 4 out of 5 because the payment machine wasn't working correctly, which caused me to wait about 5 to 10 minutes to pay. The cashier was visibly frustrated by the situation but maintained her composure and handled it well, which I appreciated!
Fantastic! They always put foil under my two-taco plate, which means I don't have to deal with hard tortillas like I have at other places. This kind of attention to detail is wonderful and very much appreciated. When I had an issue, they resolved it without hesitation. The customer service is excellent, and they always accommodate my unusual modifications perfectly.
I ordered a Mexican corn shell, which was very tasty, though it didn't quite taste like authentic Mexican Street Corn. I found there wasn't enough salad for my liking. My daughter tried three different street tacos, and they were also excellent. However, it took quite a long time for my order to arrive. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars.
The California burrito I had was fantastic, and what stood out the most was how fresh it tasted. The quality of the food was excellent, even the chips were great. I would definitely come back here—it's far better than Chipotle, without a doubt. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I put in it to go order in the process of buying a car, and I got held up for over an hour so when I came in, they immediately offered to remake me my order, even though I was completely in the wrong. So grateful for their customer service!
When I walked in, there was a smell reminiscent of rotten eggs. The fish taco was crispy and generously portioned, but the tortilla was a bit tough. The salsa, however, was quite good.
I love their fish tacos! Especially on Tuesdays where they’re only $2.25! Regardless of being a fast food chain, I still think Rubio’s makes delicious fish tacos.
