I can’t imagine that this place advertises itself as the place to go for southern fried chicken in Charleston. I had the fried half-chicken at a cost of $26 and it was tasteless, dry and a total disappointment. The kitchen service was ridiculously slow and the waitstaff inattentive. Two family members ordered skirt steak which they were “out of” and the restaurant substituted flank steak, which was terrible. Over $300 tab plus tip for an awful meal. Won’t be back . . . Ever.

This is the best fried chicken I have ever had and I eat a lot of chicken! We got the bone in fried chicken with honey sea salt and it was amazing. Our waiter also recommended the cracked potatoes and I owe him my life for recommending because it was so good. My husband and I took a bite and both stared at each other speechless lol highly recommendParking: Free street parking on Sundays when we went

Quick service, beautiful atmosphere, yummy food. Deviled eggs were delicious.
