We were a group of four people. The Restaurant was busy on an Easter Sunday. I made the reservation over the phone. We researched their menu online and we were keen on some of their menu items. When we arrived the waitress informed us that due to Easter Sunday there is a special menu and the items we wanted to eat are not available (I was not informed about that when I made the reservation. The Restaurant looked nice and cosy so we decided to stay. Wirklich süßes Ambiente mit traditioneller Schweizer Atmosphäre. Der Service war unglaublich! Unsere Kellnerin hat jede Menge Spaß daran gehabt, mit uns zu scherzen und uns das Gefühl zu geben, willkommen zu sein. Das Tomatenfondue mit Kartoffeln war köstlich, perfekter Geschmack und nicht zu schwer. Das Rösti war perfekt zubereitet mit knusprigen Kartoffeln und kleinen Speckstückchen und einer tollen Pilzsauce als Beilage. Der gemischte Salat hatte das beste Dressing und die Zutaten waren so frisch! This restaurant is under new management since Dec., 2016. It is run by a husband & wife team (Daniel & Jane) - he's the chef and she's the waitress. We found it by chance not far from the Interlake train station - right beside a big hotel. We didn't have reservations but Jane found us a table, even moved us to the nice window nook table because my brother couldn't fit his legs under the first table! She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu - it has some standards but Daniel has daily features also. All our entrees were delicious - fish special, the rosti, and the cheese fondue.
We went for raclette which was really tasty and cool to watch be prepared. Tasted amazing we tried it with the traditional rosti.The waitress recommended the pork chops and they were fantastic!! With a mustard sauce .The apple dessert was excellent, lovely caramelisation and fresh cream and icecream. The waitress suggested some schnapps to try with dessert, that topped off a wonderful experience. The decor was cool with a feeling of a swiss home. Really enjoyed this resturant

Käsefondue nur mit Brot. Käse-Rösti mit Kartoffeln und Speckstücken sind köstlich, lassen sich aber nach etwa 2/3 des Rezepts leicht füllen. Alte Deko im traditionellen Stil. Hat einen starken Käsegeruch, wenn man das Restaurant betritt, aber daran hat man sich später gewöhnt. Das von meinem Freund bestellte Schweinekotelett war zart. Aber Fish and Chips, sehr ölig in gebratenem Fisch.
We went here for a raclette and Ruedihus really delivered. The head waitress had everything under full control and we enjoyed a very authentic Swiss experience. Highly recommended!Note: Raclette is only served during winter or when there is cold / bad weather, call them to check in advance :-)
We stopped here because of reviews raving about the cheese fondue. The people are extremely friendly and the fondue was delicious. Despite being in a touristy district it seemed authentic (although a bit pricey, like everything else in the area).
Lunch menu is 17.50sf Fresh , home made , all products from the region and all dishes are Swiss traditional meals. Lovely Cosy restaurant in Swiss style. Under new management since the December 2017.

Food very tasty and well cooked and allergies were well-catered for. Lovely ambience with attentive and very friendly staff. Best meal we've had in Switzerland so far.
We were there for a cheese fondue. It was above the standards. We definitely enjoyed the food as much of the service. We'll definitely be back someday.
