We recently booked afternoon tea for the first time and it turned out to be one of our best decisions. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Robert and received top-notch VIP treatment throughout. Everything served was freshly baked and delicious. We were even able to take home any uneaten items to enjoy later. We give this experience 5 stars for great value for money. If given the chance, we would definitely return in the future.
I have dined at Russell's restaurant at Smiddy House for the third time and it was outstanding once again. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. It was first class in every way and the setting was wonderful for a truly exquisite dining experience. Thank you very much.
Wir sind eher zufällig in Russels's gelandet, aber es war ein toller Abend. Das Essen ist nicht günstig, dafür aber sehr hochwertig. Gute Weinkarte. Der Service aufmerksam und sehr lustig. Insgesamt hat sich der Abend sehr gelohnt, vor allem weil wir viel gelacht haben.
Russell's was highly recommended and our delicious dinner, served so capably under difficult conditions, did not disappoint. Robert has created a perfect combination of country house style and imaginative cuisine most welcome at the end of a long day.
