This place is rude the staff can't speak English screwed up my wife Order very bad rude on the phone when we complain . The food and taste right it was made wrong. They showed us of Fry to put lettuce and tomatoes on them said no lettuce and tomatoes. Pray to God I never have to go back I'm from Houston Texas and this was the worst experience ever.no stars no stars !!!!!!! I only put stars to post they don't deserve any but the young lady bussing tables has a nice smile !!!!! P.S the one in ST. Michael's my wife told me I reviewed the wrong one so I'm changing the location wouldn't go through all this for nothing. Once again it's ST. Michael's !!!!
Visiting from NC, found this place and ordered an extra large pizza. I was told it would be ready in 25-30 mins. 40 mins later while there waiting they told me my pizza hadn't been started yet cause they couldn't make room in the oven. In that time I saw someone order and get their order. He gave me a random large pizza that wasn't even cooked all the way and barely added my extra toppings (I had to ask for them to be on more than 1 slice). The cheese is rubbery and dough isn't cooked all the way. I should have ordered Dominos
Had her older woman working on Cash register that did not know how to properly work it. Therefore I was charged twice. There were flies everywhere with a fly trap hanging in the kitchen. The workers were working without gloves handling food. After letting them know that they charge me twice. They were very nonchalant about it.
Couldnt tell you about the fries cuz they never got delivered. It took over an hour to get the food. The cheesesteak had an over amount of Hots/pepper flakes that it was almost inedible. The garlic knots were really cooked and still doughy. Also inedible.

Love this place, always have!!!! Since I was a little kid, rusticana was always a great place to eat.good food and the waitresses are amazing...we eat there several times a month and never had a complaint
Been going there for a long time. good prices ossom pizza can be a bit of a wait some times but if it's that's busy that's acceptable there popular
Took one hour and 45 minutes to get a slice and a salad. The slice was ICE COLD. Last time ever going here after over 20 years of patronage.
My first experience was 30 years ago I was pregnant with my first child..30 years later I'm still eating the best pizza in town
