We were waited on quickly and our server was very friendly. She was able to answer questions about the menu. The food was very good and my salmon was cooked to the temperature I ordered. For the price the piece of salmon was pretty small. The only downside was the server didn't really come back and check on us to see if we needed more refills. We had to stop her for refill on our drinks. I sure wish she would have checked in and asked us if we would like a refill. In addition, the music could have probably been turned down a notch, it was pretty loud, but not uncomfortable. I will return again.
Team members not responsive to requests. First, sat at a very dark table that should not have been used. Asked to be moved or to get a light turned on but neither occurred. Moved two tables together myself so our party could switch tables. Was sat in the outdoor covered area and asked server multiple times if they could turn on ceiling heater and it was not done until we were paying. Spoke with Manager who didn’t apologize or seem to care. Same as the waitress. Food tasted good but two party guests got their food late. Will most likely not go to the Hilliard location again.
The appetizer was decent, but there were very few chips with the spinach dip considering the price. We had almost half of the dip left when we ran out of chips. The vodka drink was good with a nice ratio of vodka to lemonade and ice. The hamburger, fish, and shrimp meals were all excellent, and the chocolate cake was amazing. We had a rough start with the waitstaff, but by the end of our meal everything was good.
Waited hour for cheese nacho appitizer for it to come out luke warm took another 35 mins to even place the order took 45 mins for order to come after asking 5 times how much longer the people behind us came after us ordered recieved and left before ours even came out. The sliders, bacon cheeseburger and quesidilla was all cold.. this was our first time there and wasnt happy..

Outstanding service! We enjoyed the buffalo chicken sandwich and the Cuban sandwich, both of which were delicious and offered generous portions for the price. We're really glad we decided to stop here.
My wife and I both had a great time at the restaurant. The atmosphere was relaxing and the service from our server was excellent.
Had a difficulty in that we ordered pizza with added sausage, but the pizza arrived without it.
Side salad with meal shouldn't be $8 dollar. All else was excellent
