Hostesses carried on a conversation without acknowledging us upon arrival. We waited 15 minutes to be seated after checking in for our reservation to a nearly empty rooftop patio. We were not sat with menus. The server asked if I wanted anything to drink and ignored my husband. My water glass had a chip on it I noticed as I took a sip on a sharp edge. The salads were not great, not worth eating. The creamed spinach was mostly soggy spinach flavorless. We were never asked how our meal was so I went without a side. The steaks were cooked well. The blue cheese crumble was more panko bread crumbs than blue cheese. The asparagus was good but someone forgot to remove the stems on 2/3 of the ends....
Dinner and drinks were good. We wanted to try a Ruth Chris restaurant. Very odd that my Open Table reservation was cancelled by the restaurant after we sat at the bar area which I reserved. Never had that happen at any other restaurant. During our dinner, I asked what happened. The young lady said it was because we sat at the bar, even though we reserved the bar area and spent $350. She had to ask a manager to correct it. He never came by to tell us he over-rode the rule for us. We probably won’t return. Not a great first visit.
never again. we had a bad experience when we first dined there, decided to give him a second chance, but not come back. the food was good, but the waiter was inconspicuous, a smart aleck, and blew several things on the order and was unapocal. they do not seem to have any good knowledge of food allergies at all. can eat much better and service on the road at annie gunns.
Our group of 8 all had amazing steaks, sides and apps. Every cut of meat was cooked just right and of high quality. The calamari and the voodoo lobster were amazing. All staff members were friendly, efficient and professional! We are all seasoned travelers that love to eat and drink wherever we go. Tonight’s meal was an exceptional experience. Great job!!!

This place is consistantly a great place to eat. Our server today was Adam and this was the best visit yet. Although we only go 3-4 times a year, due to distance, we have never experienced anything less than perfect.
Great food and service! The Salmon was amazing and had a new teriyaki sauce added to it with small veggies. Wish they would have said it was an extra cost, but it was worth it.
We celebrated an 87 birthday and they were so accommodating. Service was excellent and the food was fantastic. A little expensive but worth it!
Best steak we have ever eaten!!!!! Service was top notch!!! Wait staff was awsome!!!
