I went there twice to try it. the food is terrible!! Tried several dishes and they were all gross! They use a microwave oven to reheat my food. the ceiling had things falling, it looked disgusting. I'm a very good Romanian cook at home and I like to make authentic Romanian dishes all the time, but sometimes I'm lazy and want to go out and try other dishes, most of the time I compare the dishes with my dishes. and when I do I'm completely unsatisfied. this place was more than unsatisfactory it was my real word DISGUSTING!! The food was incredibly delicious at this charming little restaurant, where you can enjoy Romanian TV while dining. With just four tables and three staff members, the atmosphere felt cozy and inviting. They were also accommodating with my gluten-free request. Overall, I would rate the food a solid 4, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4.
Ryan's BBQ offers the best barbecue in Lyndhurst and the surrounding area. Their ribs are incredibly tender and fall off the bone, the roasted chicken is cooked to perfection, and the sides are consistently delicious. The highest compliment I can give is that their food would thrive in Austin, Texas.

The chicken was quite dry and lacked flavor, which was disappointing given the high price. The rice was undercooked and hard. However, the roast potatoes and mashed root vegetables were decent.
The food was excellent, and the beef stew was exceptional—definitely a must-try! The owners were very friendly as well. Food rating: 5/5.
