I am given a new sandwich, thinking it's correct was completely incorrect. It was a croissant with egg and cheese and one piece of bacon. I had already went home so I called this place and explain what's wrong. The first lady that had answered wanted me to go back again for the 3rd time so I told them I can not. This Wendy's is a Wendy's. Nothing against the employeee. They are in fact always welcoming and exceptional. Those facts are all the more impressive after taking into consideration the fact that this location is smack dab in the middle of a very action packed intersection. After all of that being said if you don't live in the area you'd probably be better off going to the one closest to you. Due to the location the hours are much tighter then you'd normally find at a Wendy's anyways. remark about hours based in fact while the rest TOTALLY based on opinion. that's a wendys. nothing against the workers. they are always welcoming and exceptional in the act. these facts are all the more impressive after they have taken into account the fact that this place is in the middle of a very action-rich line. after all that is said, if you don't live in the opposite, you'd probably be better off going to the next. because of the situation, the hours are much narrower, then they would find in the rule at a wendy’s anyway. I've never been to a more run-down store. The computers weren't working so I couldn't order in the drive-thru. Upon entering the restaurant it was littered with trash. One of 2 soda machines were functioning, the frosty machine was disassembled, and one of the 2 main seating areas was blocked off w trash can and rubber mat on top of it. The condiment station was filthy and there were no napkins available. We only went to this location because of its close proximity to the hospital where our child was being treated. Although the food was good we will try to avoid this location in the future.
This Wendy's is exactly what you would expect from the chain. I have no complaints about the employees; they are always welcoming and provide excellent service, which is especially impressive given that this location is right in the middle of a busy intersection. That being said, if you're not local, you might want to choose a Wendy's that’s closer to you. The hours here are more limited than at most Wendy's, likely due to the location. My comments are mostly personal opinions, but I appreciate you taking the time to read this. You've made my day!
Waited over thirty minutes in drive thru lastnight cause we asked for it to be fresh only for the girl in the window and one male employee who was not in uniform wearing basketball shorts and a champion shirt to tell us they dropped an original instead of a spicy chicken then for all our food to still be cold and not fresh and we asked for it to be plain wit cheese and pickles and it had everything we asked for not to be on the sandwhich ....besides that the lemonade was ok
Run of the mill experience. Which is good, it was hassle free and everything was delivered correctly. Order was quickly processed and the food was hot when it arrived. Nuggets were a little cooler and tasted a little older but were still nice to eat. No major complaints, just small things could have made it better.

I waited over 25 minutes for two burgers, and it's absolutely ridiculous. They seem to be short-staffed.
Went thru the drive thru got home and found a long hair in my burger it happens but just so nasty
