March 18 I was double charged for a $15 item. I only realized when I got home, took a quick glance at my receipt to toss it...then I saw that extra $15. Obviously I was livid! I wondered if I should call the store, or drive over...will they remember I only purchased this 1 item or will that be another issue... I went back to the store immediately. It was an inconvenience, stressful to take time off work (glad I had no meetings), but I understand these things happen. I got to the store, met the same cashier told her what happened. I wouldn 't be leaving this complaint if she even acknowledged the mistake in any way or said sorry . Nope! She sent me straight to the customer service....who was...
ALL the staff should be trained on how to input paper gift cards on self checkout. Went and was ready to pay and not one person working knew how to process my gift card. When last week the attendant working was able to with no problem at all. There solution was then to take all my groceries over to a different check out where they could process it. Some people don't have time to recheck out there groceries please keep that in mind.
So I was shopping here today the manager went up to the cashier and said hey, congrats on all the positive “ good jobs “ from customers today. It was the bald manager , nice looking put together guy and I just thought it was so kind. It made a difference in that young cashiers day: that’s the type of leadership that grows good young men in the work force. Instilling confidence, i appreciated it.
I went to the Grange location early in the morning. I stocked up on siracha sauce because it's still $7.98, 714 mL .. It's $10 plus in another popular Asian grocery chain. I bet it's going to be $10 at Safeway as well once they get their new shipment of Siracha sauces in. I gave it 4 stars because they didn't have daikon and chayote squash. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Not always the freshest, and virtually never the best pricing. That being said, close to home, convenient, and friendly staff bring my opinion and rating up. Edit: the freshness of the fresh produce seems to have gone up in general at this location. The staff are still friendly and helpful throughout.
Great people work here, they are always friendly. It is clean and I rarely don’t find what I’m looking for.
Bakery bread cut too thin, im not trying to ration 30 sandwiches if the breads gonna go moldy in a week
