My family and I stayed at the hotel for a week. We ate at the restaurant three days and then decided to go elsewhere. The service was extremely bad and not personal at all. You get more smiles and customercare at McDonalds. The first three days we all had stomach pain. We didnt think much of it until I was served uncooked chicken. I tried to talk to the waiter about it but suddenly he only spoke french. He did mutter a sorry so he must have known what was up. None of the other in the staff wanted to talk to me about it. It didn 't want a free mail or to make a scene I just wanted them to acknowledge and bring me a new dish. That did now happen but I did get a free coffee. Hurray. After that...
Nous avons plutôt bien déjeuné, devant un superbe paysage. En revanche, le service était ce jour là bien laxiste (ou bien mal organisé et nous avons eu parfois l'impression d'être transparents en attendant la prise de commande pendant une demi-heure, alors que l'on s'empressait à servir une table voisine dont les convives étaient arrivés un quart d'heure après nous. Même impression, en attendant longuement qu'on veuille bien nous proposer un dessert. Heureusement que celui-ci était excellent... Au final, il nous a fallu 2 heures pour un repas composé d'un plat et un dessert, sans prendre apéritif ni café. Meals as part of the gourmet formula with the spa. A warm welcome, an idyllic setting, a quality service and refined cuisine, really perfect. We had a nice meal
