We live near this restaurant and had a bad experience with an arrogant and useless head waiter in the past. I complained to the management and they dealt with it. Surprise, surprise he wasn't there on our next visit. So we have been back since and things have improved. It is a bit pricy but the setting, views, standard of service and food make up for this. This time we were a family party of 7 with children and everyone was pleased. We have never had badly cooked or bad food and since my complaint the service has been friendly and efficient. I gave it another try and ordered the evening menu (Euro 33). The starter was salmon and was fine, the steak (ordered as medium) was still so raw and so full of tendons/grissle in the meat that it was rolling under my knife while trying to cut it. I showed the service the white patches in the meat and asked for a replacement. I got it and it is was again raw and full of fat and tendons. So the chef must be deaf or dumm...They were embarrashed and so was I. I was then offered a digestive as compensation rather than compensating me on the bill. The dessert consisting of a panacotta of pistache and berries and was fine. Service okay but no chef in sight who controlled what went back to the kitc...
I went there with a friend who used to play golf there a long time ago .The service is impeccable, very nice waiters & waitresses , nice homey feeling with a touch a French poshness !! With only the positive sides of it ( unlike Cannes film festival at the very moment!!) The food is French good food, ( a bit posh excellent food ) .It is located on the "route des vins" the wine road because it has all these wineries where you can stop and taste wine for free!!!!! Not like in Temecula where I used to live where wine tasting cost money!!So enjoy the free wine tasting on your way to this nice golf restaurant ( by the way stop on the " chateau des Demoiselles " winery , the white wine is heaven !...
Booked a table for 4 12/05/17 starters st.jack heated from frozen cold at the bottom of the pot served like a cafe the plates were dumped on the table. Second course lamb on the bone with sauce the lamb was dried up about a table spoon of sauce on the plate vegetable in short supply. bill was 220 euros not a problem if the food and service were up to standard. 4 HOURS LATER 2 OF THE PARTY WERE SICK ONE VIOLENTLY THE MORNING AFTER THE OTHER 2 MEMBERS HAD STOMACH CRAMPS AND diarrhoea 1 MEMBERS CRAMPS LASTED 3 DAYS.Complaints to the restaurant resulted in "WE DON'T WANT TO KNOW WE ARE NOT INTERESTED" Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Staying at Domaine de St Endreol apartments the restaurant just next door to the golf club house is more than handy for a nice meal. Reservations are preferred especially at the weekend. Decent menu with plenty of choice. The food was well prepared and the staff were pleasant and professional. What we chose was delicious but we felt that our meal was perhaps a little on the expensive side for what we ate.
We visit St.Endréol with our Pro every year for one week to prepare the Golf season. The entire compound is well managed, and the Golf course is exellent.No vacation would be perfect without a good "19th.Hole". The restaurant offers very good meals and wines - inside and on terrace. The group looks forward to return again next March.
I join my parents for lunch here about 4 to 6 times a year. Their lunch menus are varied and offer good choices for both gluten free and vegetarian diners. Price-wise, it is on the higher end of the scale. The view is fantastic and the restaurant offers both terrace tables and inside space (for those really windy days).

My husband and I had a very enjoyable meal on outside terrace, prices a a little higher than local restaurants but good quality and well presented Good for meat and fish eaters. very enjoyable experience
