Every time I have been here there is always something wrong, food great and senior staff members seem perfect, when sitting in and eating ordered a drink and a main dish, only drink arrived and didn’t order the main for us, we were in a bit of a rush so had to leave. Then when I ordered online for collection, someone had taken the ticket off and just left it next to the register which was rather annoying as I had to wait a while due to a busy Saturday. Food is excellent, 10/10 recommend, just a bit of a pain to go out for a meal and have to chase someone for your food. They were very kind about delaying my collection and gave me a larger drink.
Great restaurant! First time there and will definitely be going again, my sister has recently moved to the area and this is her closest sushi restaurant, it's 30 minutes away, but SO worth the hour round trip! The staff are so lovely, they even fried my california rolls for me and they were so delicious, best sushi I've had in a long time (and I lived in Asia! the decor is so beautiful too, just all round amazing : a little pricey but it's to be expected with good sushi, and worth it!
We had a lovely meal with excellent service from Cherie and Alfie We will definitely return and will probable order a takeaway soon too
Staff are very helpful when it comes to questions on dishes, food is served quick, and is very delicious, love it every time i go

As usual not disappointed. This is one of my husbands favorite Japanese restaurants. We will definitely be going again.
