I am saddened that I live so far from here. Well 30 minutes cause this was some of the best Thai food I have had in a LOOOOONG time. They closed that night at 9 we walked in at 820 but greeted and served with the same hospitality as a dinner rush patron. The lady had the biggest smile on her face I've ever seen. My daughter and I split the fresh rolls and the spring rolls. And for our dinner the pad Thai and drunken noodles. This place is my number 1 thai place in CT. I will invent reasons to go back.
The food was absolutely delicious! I had the spring rolls, chicken pot stickers, jasmine rice, and Thai iced tea. I placed my order as a pickup order. The service was great! I didn't originally order the tea, but asked to add it when I picked my order up and the women working at the counter smiled and added it without hesitation. I didn't go into the dining area, but from the looks of the lobby, the restaurant is clean and I will definitely be back!!
Wow, finally!! I think I would dare call this the perfect pad thai. I have had pad thai this quality in Boston, but only came close at one other place in the Hartford area. But this sooo good. Perfect balance of sweet, sour, and salty.My partner got the orange chicken, and wow again! That was perfectly sweet and citrus-y and the perfect amount of crispiness.Definitely will be back
Ordered during a snow storm cause it was hard to find a place that was open. Had never ordered before which usually leads to a less than satisfactory meal, but this was delicious!! Great portions, excellent flavor, real food. We will order again!
Great food: flavorful and fresh. Great service, and wonderful charm of a small neighborhood eatery with a street food cafe feel. I love their fried chicken on rice and their Typhoon Chicken! So crispy, juicy, and delicious! I get it all the time.

The spring rolls and drunken noodles are my absolute favorite! I usually order take out from here. They are always super quick and efficient, and the food tastes just as good when I bring it home
Spring rolls were crispy Vegetable wonton were ok Chocolate lava cake I was expecting more chocolate on the inside.This spot is my go to for Thai takeout! Flavors are always on point
Best Thai food in Greater Hartford, no doubt. Each member of my family has a favorite dish at Sala. Highly recommend!
