I just got back to my office after picking up. I told the girl and the guy making my salad (who mixes salads in the air btw, I need just a little in the dressing mixed into the salad, because they always overdue it, and then I said in front of them both 3 times ! “Give me dressing on the side”. They have the easiest job but they couldn’t even do that. What are these people good for? Freaking people who don’t listen to orders are hired here. I said it 3 times !!! Very upset, currently eating a dry salad because when I toldHim to add a little bit, he added a drop, ?? they need way better management. They don’t know what they are doing.
Went to this saladworks and was a displeased with the service. The Salads we bought were almost all iceberg Lettuce and the toppings and proteins were minimum as well as Dressings.The employees were very quiet, hard to hear and messed up both of the Salads we bought. Rang us up without asking if we even wanted drinks. Had to make a second purchase just for Sodas.Been to many other saladworks and this one is just nothing like the others. Guessing it's a franchise.
We ordered online. When I went to pick it up, the guy asked what name. I gave him my name he said, no. So I gave the names of 2 other coworkers that it may have been under. again, he said no . I showed him my confirmation told him what was on the order. He turned to his coworker said... I don 't know what she 's talking about. walked away. I gave her my name she handed my my order. Just frustrating! I would have given 5 stars but the customer service failed.
Came here for my normal tripoli salad and was told they don't make them anymore so I did a build myself and made the salad and also when I pointed out there was a hair in the chicken in there display they simply picked it out and didn't do anything else ? also most of the soad fountain said out of order won't be comming back to this one Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The food was great, but they advertise the pick 2 combo for $11. I added chickpeas, eggs, lima beans cucumbers to my salad it ended up costing me $25 altogether with no drink- just the soup salad. The workers were incredibly kind, but I don't see myself returning because my meal somehow doubled in price.
The lettuce was. Brown i didn't realize it untilI got home. So i decided to give it a second chance maybe i caught them on a bad day. So i went back the lettuces was still Brown. I won't be back to nj 33 location.
Usually this location is fantastic, but I showed up tonight at 7.25 pm to find them close. Google and the posted hours in the window say they are open until 8. Shame.

I tried this place for the first time, and it definitely won't be my last. The salad was incredible!
