My first time, they put spoiled pineapples on the pizza. Even when we picked them off the taste of them made the pizza sour. We actually threw the pizza in the trash. I’ve eaten Hawaiian style pizza my whole life. I know what it supposed to taste like. If they used fresh pineapples the pizza would have actually been good. I may give them another chance once I forget the spoiled taste of my pizza. They may just have had a bad day. But it made mine suck as well. $30.00 is a lot to just throw in the trash. That could have been gas money. I rather them tell me they had no pineapples than them throwing those disgusting things on my pizza. That was not cool at all.
My first visit to this restaurant got pineapple on the pizza but it was definitely spoiled… it made the whole pizza taste sour. I’ve eaten Hawaiian pizza my whole life so I know what it should taste like. My girls always get pineapple on their pizza they picked them off and tried to eat the pizza but the pizza tasted sour. We ended up throwing it in the garbage. That was a wasted of $30.00 for sure. I don’t know if I would go back but every one has a bad day… maybe if the pineapples weren’t bad the pizza would have been better. Unfortunately that’s wasn’t the case. I may give them another chance but o have to forget the taste of that spoiled pineapple first.
this place never disappointed. everything is also so good that I started over eating. started with brot and garlic knots that sit in a butter garlic **** (yum! then the tormented salat got with the house italian (m all-time favorite house italian,) then the spinat salat with a bacon vinaigrette, the pizza. the medium is perfection! the atmosphere makes fun if they like military things. highly recommended!
we're here for dinner yesterday. we moved out of michigan and can never find new york style eating. this place was great. the waitress was so nice to my four children. they enjoyed the pizza to eat. she made sure that it wasn't too hot for my three-year-old daughter. the garnelen alfredo was so delicious! I will come back in definitiw.
