I absolutely love this place. They work really hard here and the owner always strives how to make sure that the restaurant is running smoothly and the guests are happy. His waiters/waitresses work very hard and do their sue diligence to make sure the service is top tier. The hookah is smooth and the food is ALWAYS delicious. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
Jada was an exceptional waitress! She was attentive, friendly, and efficient throughout our visit. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she made excellent recommendations. We ordered 5 kunafah and it arrived frozen and without sugar syrup. When we contacted the restaurant about this issue, they suggested we warm it up in the microwave and asked us to drive back to their shop 3 miles away to pick up the syrup. This was not great customer service.

We got Shatila catered for our son?s 6 birthday. Food was delicious and very presentable. Set up, delivery, serving etc. were above our expectations. We are glad that we catered through them.
