Go here regular but very disappointed today! The gentleman who took our food order was pushy about his real chips,,my husband had the large mix grill £24pds I think..he ordered real chips and peppercorn sauce with it..I ordered lamb well cooked..it come and it was blood turned my stomach so much couldn’t eat it..when too find someone as my husband had not had his real chips or his peppercorn sauce..she brought his chips but no sauce!! 10minutes later my food arrives back…burnt lamb in parts i was so disappointed only eat two potatoes and mushrooms..my husband never had his peppercorn sauce the man who takes the orders needs too listen too the orders he’s taking and also come back and see if...
17 of us all friends booked the saltwater inn for 13 dec for xmas meal. All catered for which included a wheelchair user. The restaurant put in an extra table for that person upon request. All meals were prebooked so no waiting and everybody got what they wanted. Steaks..Vegan.Sea Bass..3 course xmas dinner 21.95. Arrived at 615 for 6.30pm and left 9.30-10pm. Everybody enjoyed and cant wait for next year.BIg thanks to Sheree and the team.
Went there today hoping to have a nice meal but what a disappointment, mini fish was grease bound and preheated hardly any fish. Corned beef pie was stale and hardly no corned beef in it and was served cold only thing fresh was the chips. So basically paid £21 for cup of tea and chips which we didn’t eat. Will not go there again.
Amazing food and a amazing staff, they managed to fit us (6 in on a busy Sunday evening, I had half rack of ribs, the plate was full to over flowing, my partner had melted chicken, again plate was over filling (not complaining about that all in all a very nice and pleasant meal

Food was good only thing is booked a table the the website a week ahead as was a birthday meal only to be told had no booking as the website booking service don't work but it dont say that the Web site didn't even have a phone number otherwise would have called
what a great find, food and service were great ,just walked in and seated and ordered within 10 mins . Food was fab along with the service
Food was absolutely superb from starters to deserts , also the staff and service was spot on , absolutely amazing yet again
The food was excellent but nearly all the staff was di miserable and seemed to be fed up and was rushing some people

Great place, lovely food, nice atmosphere, great for families, right on the sea front, lovely views of the sea
Absolutely cracking lunch staff were very pleasant service was great really tasty food and value for money
