awful service, the meal would of been good if it was hot but it was probably sitting in the kitchen while the wait staff had a chat one of the waitresses was more interested in texting on her phone than working. she dumped the meals down and left, i collected the dirty dishes and moved them as we couldn't fit things on the table but she really couldn't care less. long wait for meals which is understandable as the kitchen is tiny. we left most of our meals and the owner was clearly there but didn't ask any opinion when she saw the full plates (again, i don't think she was fussed). coffee was not great. its a shame as its a great location and atmosphere and the food looks really good. if the o...
The prettiest breakfast ever! Great service and good value. Prob not the best place for fussy eaters a bit of a fancy menu, aimed at healthy foods, GF , organic etc... but they will happily make good old bacon and eggs your way if that's what you request. Delicious coffee, fresh squeezed OJ and beautifully presented breakfast. Pretty good value as well, mug of coffee $4.50 , decent size and well brewed. Delicious looking organic and traditional desserts for a light snack if that's what your after made on the premises and served by lovely mother, daughter team.
The waiter spent more time in the kitchen 2 doors down than in the cafe. We were the only people in the cafe and it took 45 mins to cook our breakfast. The eggs on my breakfast burger were clear and ran off. The waiter did not care about the complaint and charged full price. They had no change in the register and we had to wait 5 minutes for it. Worst experience ever!! Limited options for breakfast.
I regularly come here for coffee because I find it's the best in the area. I absolutely look forward to my morning coffee! However I find this can change when younger staff are making the coffee, it's never as good and often very weak. I hope this can be constructive for the business as I'll continue coming back, but maybe just a little training for the younger ones in coffee making is needed.

Terrible. Don't waste your time. 20mins wait for coffee that was less than average to be served and 45 mins wait for "maybe luke warm" bacon and eggs. Bacon not crispy and 3 thin slices of avocado for $4 ludicrous. No apologies for delay even after enquiry and only a few tables of patrons. Instinct was to leave and I should have.Rip up your entertainment voucher.
My wife and I had lunch at The Coffee Factory today. We ordered the burgers which came with chips. Burgers were tasty and the chips were good as well. Two large cappucinos followed and they were nice. Service was fine even though the place was busy. A good addition to Port Noarlunga.
Enjoyed a great breakfast. Perfectly cooked poached eggs and well cooked bacon. Coffee was delicious and served at the right temperature. Only feedback would be to serve the tomato relish on the side not spread on the toast......it soaks in too much. Keep up the good work!!!
Nicest place in Port Noarlunga. My go to place for a quiet coffee. Meals are good but service can be a bit slow. Love the wood heater in the cooler weather. It's a place where you can sit and have a good meal and a conversation without being affected by those around you.

Great little place relatively near to the beach - coffee and hot chocolate is good. Nice place for breakfast also.
We called in to the new cafe which is in the same place. It is great but this review needs to be removed.
