I ordered a sheet pizza and bartered wings. I placed the order at 7:30 and they arrived at my home at 8:55 the food was cold the pizza looked like it was all dough, very disappointed the wings I didn?t even open them because everything was cold. I told the driver I was not happy so he took it back I tried calling the store and no one answered, of course they close at 9. Very disappointed that food was for my twins girls, which that?s what they wanted to eat for their bday. So of course ended up getting them McDonald?s which that?s not what they wanted. Very disappointed
Honestly, go to Wendy?s for a crispy chicken sandwich and literally anywhere else on earth for a fish fry. This burned hockey puck was $12.95 and this overcooked, greasy fish was $15.95. Absurd. My toddler?s chicken fingers were seconds in the fryer away from being inedible, otherwise I would have wasted my time calling the store to complain. Trust your gut that if a restaurant is posting all over its website AND your order confirmation that they?re short-staffed and HIRING! that your food is probably going to be horrible.
Very mixed feelings: great subs, but they 're often not ready when I arrive. Great calzones, but (like every Rochester pizza place their pizza is mediocre at best. And the Thin Thin Pizza ?! Putting it on a tortilla would have provided better support! An amazing culinary feat which cannot be eaten as is with either hand or utensil, and essentially must be rolled up into a giant pizza log. I 'll keep going for the $10 subs and calzones, but that 's about it at this point. (Oh, and the staff are very pleasant and friendly.
Today, we stopped by for a quick slice. The pizza was hot, which was a good sign, but once again, it was loaded with too much cheese and sauce, resulting in a thick, gooey mess. The dough was extremely soft, to the point that I considered putting it in the air fryer when I got home. It seems like they may have new staff, and it shows. I had a terrible experience at the restaurant. I ordered a steak plate with extra onions, but after waiting an hour, I was served a shaved steak with a side of macaroni salad and some onions. The portions were tiny, there was no meat sauce, and overall, it resembled a garbage dish. I was really disappointed, especially for the price of $16.
It is a crime that we have lost Arrivederci in this place, for almost twenty years they have been making terrible food. I miss when Fairport GOOD had subshops, that was not true in decades. Perinton Pizza makes the best cake hand down here if you order go to them.
What can I say? Even though it's a chain, they serve the best pizza in the city.
