I had a very disappointing experience at Lox of Bagels. The employee with short hair always looks like she’s upset and is incredibly rude and clearly dont listen carefully to orders. As a result, my order was wrong, not just once, but multiple times. It's frustrating to spend money and time for such poor service. They charge ALOT for their food , and give the most non caring rude customer service. I don't recommend this place if you value good customer service and accuracy. They make the food like if they are feeding dogs . Careless . You’re paying extra for a BAD experience.
Great sandwiches. Service is always lacking because of the lack of communication. You can order ahead and when you get in the line you’re still last even if you came before everyone else. No one even makes you aware that they know you’re there. They’ll just look at you and walk away
HUGE food safety concern with this place. Watched the person making the breakfast sandwiches use a knife to stir raw eggs and then immediately use the same knife to cut bagels that were not being cooked. Not to mention a BEC is $8 which is frankly ridiculous. Stay away.
Who ever was working yesterday morning and this morning did a phenomenal job on this sandwich. It’s so delicious and well made, thank you! Service was also great both days, they were soo busy yet juggled it very well, they’re so prompt, kind and professional.

Went into an empty store. My son and I order two sandwhichs. 3 ladies working the kitchen are so unorganzied, people who came in after us got their ordera before us. After waiting for 15 minutes without our food, we just walked out.
Meh, not so good. Filthy upholstered chairs when you first walk in, staff doesn’t look like they get why they are there. My order was wrong. Wouldn’t go back or recommend.
We were here for the first time today, we have to say they have the best French Toast bagels anywhere. My son loved his Smores bagel. We definitely will be back.
extremely overpriced, paid $15 for a bagel with lox and cream cheese and it was on the wrong bagel with no cream cheese
