Great first experience as a member today! Member Services efficiently helped me get my membership card. The staff at the optical center were friendly and helpful. Even an associate went out of her way to double check the availability of a particular item with a coworker. Quick self check out was a breeze. The customer service was great so I think I made the right decision to get a membership here instead of the wholesale club competitor down the street that I've previously had customer service issues with. I'm looking forward to trying their online shopping with free curbside pickup service (something the wholesale club competitor down the street that has a more expensive membership doesn't...
This restaurant is a terrible place to both shop and work. I had one of the worst experiences of my life on the job here and never received any information regarding the situation. Manager Mike completely ignores the health and safety of employees, especially those with type one diabetes. He told me that if I left the store to check my blood sugar, he would “personally hold me responsible for my actions.” Store manager Jodi Henson has also failed to address this issue, brushing it aside and ignoring many of my emails as I sought closure.
The store itself is excellent, but the tire department leaves much to be desired. I took my daughter's tire in for a nail repair due to a road hazard, and unfortunately, the technician ended up damaging both the tire and the rim. I filed a claim with the tire manager, but it was denied without a second thought. I ultimately had to buy a new tire and rim, which I had installed at a reputable tire shop. If you care about your family's safety, I recommend staying away from Sam's!
I wasn't gonna make it just their issue, but the manufacturers as well, but when they refused to honor me as a trusted customer and stand good for the wrong thing they had sold me (unless I drive 2 hours there and back to show them my receipt when they already had one on file) , I decided to post this pic/video. Overall, this Sam's Club experience was pretty average. I really appreciate the sale prices—make sure to keep an eye out for the yellow price tags! For example, I found Kraft singles on sale for just $6.77 for 72 slices. The store was clean and well-stocked. I also used the Scan & Go feature on their app, which helped me bypass the long lines.
Besides a women coughing on an elderly couple with her mask on like a chin strap! I think the employees handled it VERY well. I would recommend everything about Sam's they have anything that you want!
They do not train their employees properly and then throw them away like garbage when they don't know what they're doing or can't work fast enough.
