I had a terrible experience at this hibachi place. After waiting for 30 minutes, the host finally approached us, only to rudely tell us we’d have to wait another 30 minutes. There was no apology or courtesy, just a dismissive attitude that made us feel unwelcome. This level of service is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning. Save yourself the trouble and find a place that actually values its customers.
We were a group of six. They had no issue with separate checks. There are many options for vegetarians. The restaurant is clean and neat. The staff is friendly. The hibachi chef was excellent and very entertaining. They don't serve alcohol but they do permit BYOB. We brought wine and they provided glasses. There was no additional fee.
food was great, service was amazing. came in for carry out, sat down to wait, and an employee came up to us offering drinks free of charge. atmosphere is very comfortable, and they have a cool robot food runner. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
