San Kai Modern Japanese Restaurant

my family had lunch at San Kai, very poor quality food, very disappointed. it's not authentic Japanese food at all, it's more like food court Asian food but name it Japanese . and very poor customer service . not even a glass of water until we asked at the end of the meal . We'll never go again. ripping off customers money.

We were looking forward to Japanese cuisine prior to the theatre. Wait staff were overburdened at a predictably busy time. Only half our order arrived and we alerted staff to our missing plates several times, and we'd not ordered much. Edamame was soggy and gyozo cold. One and a half hours for the simplest order. Don't go.

Was looking forward to a nice Japanese Dinner after a week at the Convention Hall. This was not a nice experience. Everything felt extremely grimy, from the tables to the very worn menu. Lighting was poor and noise was incredible. For a four star rating, I was very disappointed.

I had a great experience at this restaurant that offers excellent value. The food was flavorful, especially the tempura vegetables and sushi from my vegetarian bento. The selection of finger foods and accompanying sauces, along with the miso soup, made for a delicious meal.

restaurant looks not bad from outside, but the food is very poor quality . we have bento meal $25 not worth it at all. it's like $10 food court level
