EDIT (comment to your answer) : You need to improve your customer service and learn how to apologize. You are just assuming that your customers call in advance to place their orders . If so, you must tell the customer in front of you the waiting time. BIG RED FLAG. I went there to buy banh mi as they have good reviews. I was disappointed. The lady was taking too long to prepare the banh mi. Also, she served the person who came after me who spoke in her language before me. Also the banh-mi was so oily. It doesn 't even test good. I don 't know how people leave a good review for this.
Wow! I can't believe I've only just discovered this place! I tried the A2 and A7, and they were possibly the best bánh mì I've ever tasted. The sandwiches had generous chunks of cucumber, plenty of cilantro, and the bread was light and crispy—absolutely perfect! We also ordered a bubble tea that was both hot and cold (I usually don't like bubble tea, but this one was so unique that I wish we had ordered two!). I will definitely be returning!
I purchased banh chung for Tet and, although I didn't ask, the seller claimed that the cake was freshly made that day. We had it for dinner just two hours after buying it, and it already had a sour taste. Since this is a dish I know well and enjoy, I suspect that the cake was actually made at least 2-3 days prior. I really dislike dishonesty; it's one thing not to provide information, but it's unacceptable to lie to customers.
The new woman or maybe the new owner (not sure) needs to give better service,stop the mean look every time I order there I noticed that she's too nice to her own people maybe understandable to some but as a customer she needs to respect everyone...so to the woman there who speaks English and you know who you are pls respect your customers thanks... Delicious banh mi sandwich and a very friendly staff. It's great to have a shop like this in the neighbourhood I would have never known it was there I'd not for google. A gem of a hole in the wall!
The Banh mi were disgusting, vegetables not fresh (the skin of the cucumber came off by itself), the pork one contained no meat, just fat. In short, horrible, it ended up in the trash! Food: 1
My banh mi the (A1) was great. Fresh ingredients and the bread was just the right texture. Will definitely be going back.
