Und ich muss sagen, der Pide ist hier einige der besten in Sydney. Und das ist nicht nur das Bier reden, ich habe tatsächlich auf das Detail aufmerksam gemacht. Das Gebäck ist so perfekt mit einem schönen rauchigen, knusprigen Äußeren gekocht. Das Fleisch war feucht, nur scharf genug und sehr großzügig im Verhältnis.

I cannot thank the gentleman behind the counter enough for accepting the challenge to recreate the Dutch(Turkish) dish Kapsalon for me. He happily listened to the instructions and was enthusiastic to try make it better than the Kapsalon I had in Holland. It was so delicious, he did a great job and it was just as tasty if not more tasty as the Dutch version. On top of that it was so cheap!!This was my first time at SARAY and I will defiantly be back!

Ich habe Hähnchen-Kebab-Platte bestellt und war beeindruckt von dem saftigen, zarten und aramulem Hähnchen mit Humus und Tomaten. Der Service war ausgezeichnet und es war wahrscheinlich eines der besten Restaurants in der Stadt in der Stadt.
I have enjoyed the Pide and Kebabs form Sarays many many evening over the last two years. Always a reliable go to place for a filling, high quality feed. The staff are great, the atmosphere is excellent and the food is reliably delicious. Passing through the area and fancy a bite give these guys a go, go on I dare you....

Wanting to try the infamous "HSP" we wandered to Sarays! HSP which consists of shaved meat - hot chips - garlic & chilli sauce was yum !! Junk food at its best !! My other friends ordered meat plates and vegan plates and kebabs!!! Great food ! Service fantastic, patient and friendly !! Love that!! Would I return? Yes !

Wird hier regelmäßig anrufen, da ich weiß, wie gut ihre gebratenen Zucchini-Fritters sind. Dunk eines davon in Baba Ghanoush oder Hommus für einen himmlischen Geschmack. Leider gibt es kein Lamm, nur Rindfleisch und Hühnchen.
Really good value, great dips in bright colours, great Turkish pizza, love the green beans. They bake their own breads, I would recommend teaming that up with one of each of their delicious dips
