If you’re looking for one of the best Turkish Halal restaurants in West New York, Saray Cuisine is the ultimate choice. The meals are incredibly delicious, clean, flavorful, and authentic. They use very high-quality ingredients. We ordered Adana kebab, shish kebab, ezme, green salad, liver, and lentil soup—and everything was excellent. While the kunafa was just average, I recommend trying from their wide selection of delicious cold Turkish desserts. Next time, I’m definitely trying the halva or almond pudding. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and perfect for families and friends. Parking is easy with a lot right across the street. Highly recommend this restaurant!
After long time I came to Saray Cuisine back. I’m glad I came back. They have chef’s special on Friday and Sunday. I got lamb shoulder. It was really soft and juicy. I visited Saray Cuisine with my Turkish friend and we both really enjoyed the food and service. The meat platter was plenty for four people, and we also savored their Turkish coffee and the yogurt drink Ayran. To finish our delicious meal, we opted for baklava.
Saray Cuisine offers authentic Turkish flavors! I tried the Iskender Kebab and Adana Kebab from their menu, both were incredibly delicious. The homemade Ayran drink is definitely a must-try. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Saray Cuisine is an excellent Turkish restaurant. The food and service are both impressive and quick. While it’s slightly pricier than some other Turkish places, I would still highly recommend it.
