I can't understand how they stay in business. The chicken was dry. They no longer serve pinto beans. They count eat French fry. No longer piling it on. No longer serve salad. ALLLL of the veggies looked old, overcooked and tasteless. My Husband hated the broccoli. His first choice was green beans but it was clear some old darker overcooked beans were mixed with some brighter green fresh looking beans. Just horrible. We will never go back to this location.
You'd think the sauces are their personal! Two sauces for 1/2 chicken is a joke! I would tell all customers to order the 1/4 chicken to have enough sauce. The non-chalante rejection of the cashier does not make me want to return to this place! I still feel that if I speak Spanish, I would be treated more nicely and more friendly than today. I hope half the chicken tastes better than the low service I have received today!
The food is still pretty good, but they have significantly changed their portion sizes and the prices are increasing. What used to be enough rice for three people (which wasn't inexpensive) now only serves one. It's really disappointing because even the chicken tastes different now. The new management they've brought in just isn't cutting it.

I've been visiting this restaurant for a few years now. The chicken tends to be a bit salty, and the spinach portion was small, but overall the food is good, and the family-sized portions are consistently generous. Although inflation has made it feel like you get a bit less for your money, the dining area is usually spacious and clean.
The food was mediocre. I wish they were more consistent with their sauces. Typically, when I place an order, I have the choice of sauces to go with my meal. However, today I was told that sauce was not included with my order.
