A Michelin Star Restaurant in Chalon-sur-Saône France serving the typical gourmet fare one would expect from this caliber of French restaurant. Our group of 5 enjoyed a lavish lunch on a beautiful summer day under a large umbrella. The meal started with two delicious amuse buche then continued with a flavorful cauliflower soup. Our main course was iberico pork and beautiful vegetables. Dessert consisted of an artful apricot mouse resembling a flower along with chocolate mouse puff and tiny raspberry tart.
