With a great new look and some great new employees, i had went with my Aunt and my Sister for a quick bite. We were the only ones in line for about 5 minutes waiting for the cashier to acknowledge us.After placing our order there was a fry cook who wad on top of everything. He gave us our cups right then and there while he was dumping fries and taking care of his drive through customers.He was young and motivated to make sure his guests were all happy, and taken care of in a timely manner .His great service made up for me not getting all my nuggets worth it. Thanks again Andrew.
Nothing is ever right . Morning crew is rude . They messed up my order , I gave them the bag back they told mi to pull forward, a manager comes out asking for a receipt saying it wasn't n the bag. I was just in drive thru she gave mi my stuff. Night shift had people waiting n second lane for about 20 minutes so all the cars started pulling off or went to the first lane. To only discover employees playing talking on their phones as if you can't see them. They need better workers n management. If you dont like your job find another one.
Poor health and hygiene. I just seen an employee wipe snot from her nose, wipe it on her shirt, tell her friend she has a sinus infection, and grab a stack of napkins for a drive thru order. DID NOT WASH HER HANDS. Manager seemed like she could care less when I informed her.
