One of the best breweries in the Muskoka area. Large tap list of almost 20 beers. Many different styles with new beers being added frequently. Great spot for lunch or dinner. Large Patio seating area and plenty of room inside as well. Live music typically on the weekends inside. Large storefront for any beer you want to take home plus a good selection of swag if you are looking for any sawdust merch. Good amount of parking of site and street parking in the area as well. If you are looking at doing beef flights instead of pints they are currently doing flights on the patio. This place is a must-go-to if you are looking to hit up a brewery in Muskoka.
I was really impressed by the fantastic selection of beers on tap, as well as other drink options. I wish I could have tried more than just the one beer! The elk poutine was absolutely delicious. The service was prompt, and the staff members were friendly and efficient. The atmosphere had a relaxed vibe, which was very enjoyable. I was surprised to see dogs inside, but I didn't mind at all; I just suddenly noticed a large dog lounging on the floor next to me without realizing it had come in. I felt like I wanted to linger longer. I'd definitely love to return sometime to catch a live band performing on that stage!
This restaurant has an excellent beer selection and a fantastic atmosphere. They offer a wide range of options, from lagers and light beers to flavorful sour and hazy varieties. I even found some seasonal fall beers on the menu. I highly recommend trying the pear and cinnamon beer; it tasted just like a dessert! It's also pet-friendly, allowing you to sit indoors with your dog, which is a wonderful perk on chilly or rainy days.
We hosted our wedding reception at this venue, and it was absolutely perfect! The events coordinator, Shannelle, was incredible! She exceeded our expectations by handling every request with efficiency and a cheerful attitude. She even did additional research to ensure the space aligned with our theme. I had a fantastic experience at Sawdust City Brewery with my husband. We savored a couple of their draught beers along with a delicious lunch. I opted for the Reuben sandwich, while my husband tried the grinder sandwich, both of which were incredibly tasty. The staff was lovely, making our visit even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be returning for more great beer and food!
Love visiting Sawdust City when in the area. Definitely the best brewery in the Muskokas.Staff are always so pleasant and lovely, food is delicious and the beer selection is extensive. Taps rotate often so there is always something new to try.We also appreciate that the patio is dog-friendly.
Stopped for a 12 flight and lunch.Highly recommend the Rueben sandwich as this was one of the better ones we have had.Beer flight was a fun adventure of flavours styles.
