My first visit to Schlüssel in Oberwil though I have been in the area many times. We were a big group and were welcomed with some very interesting cold aperitifs/starters. The place is really elegant, modern and delicate and the atmosphere among the staff was...very friendly and serviceminded. We had a menu and it was simply fantastic tastes and very delicately presented. Salmon varieties, fresh pasta with oranges, veal filet and chocolate +. Absolutely top class thorugh the whole meal. I will come back and enjoy more in this restaurant with my wife and family when/if I can. A very well performed dinner with excellent service. Highly recommended and a strong five buttons from me.
Wir wurden von unseren Freunden eingeladen. Sehr gepflegtes Restaurant mit ansprechender moderner Einrichtung und liebevoll ausgewählter Dekoration. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und die Mahlzeiten ausgezeichnet, sowohl lecker als auch repräsentativ. Auch die Weinempfehlung war ausgezeichnet. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es: Die Menü-Symphonie endet mit einem leckeren Muffin, der in viel Alufolie in Schwanenform (pro Person) serviert wird. Eine echte Verschwendung dieses wertvollen Rohstoffs. The restaurant has a fixed menu of courses for This is very overpriced compared to other fine dining restaurants in Switzerland, especially considering that they have a fixed menu and do not need to deal with the hassle of preparing individual items. On...top of this, the quantity of meat in the main course is too small for a course menu. I've gotten the same amount for course menus. And it was slightly overcooked. Overall the food is really good quality and creative, but I would not revisit given the poor value.
Another relaxing and wonderful evening at the Schlüssel celebrating our wedding anniversary. High standard of friendly service from the Suters their team taking care of all our needs. Excellent choice of wines on menu. Had a lovely apero in garden with appetising range of...amuse bouches. Ate inside in lovely ambience enjoying the summery menu including South African scampi/ mushroom ravioli with sweetbread/ veal with vegetables potato parmesan foam. Highly recommend a visit! Went there on a business invitation. Food was very good, very thought out..... and wonderfully presented. Explanations of what we were eating by the staff were very good. Decor was excellent. Hard to beat. Service was really star ..... very very good.
Very nice restaurant superbly and cozily designed and decorated. Fireplace and no music but just a chill atmosphere to concentrate on good food. Vegetarian options available.
Outstanding . Inspired cuisine and really warm reception and service. Conveniently near a tram stop, so wine intake unlimited not the case if driving !
