Das Hotel bietet eine gute Lage zum Caumasee und der Check-in ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich hätte das Hotel mit 5 Sternen bewertet, wenn die Betten besser gewesen wären, besonders angesichts des Preises für das Zimmer. Der Restaurantservice zum Abendessen war jedoch nur durchschnittlich.... Ich hatte noch nie so einen unorganisierten und schrecklichen Service in einem schönen Restaurant zum Abendessen wie in diesem Hotel. Der Tisch über mir und ich lachten darüber, weil es so schlimm war. Ich saß und bewegte mich, bekam dann aber keine Einführung in die Speisekarte und musste aufstehen und eine Kopie der Abendkarte selbst holen. Ich hatte es eilig und wollte ein entspanntes Aben...
We called down here after a day after the mountain and left us in the lounge area for hot chocolate, apple strudel and vanilla sauce. Absolutely delicious, but very overpriced. We didn't call an apple strudel on another day, so we had to make apricot cake. Absolutely delicious. The hotel is well appointed I believe classified as 5 stars. The decor is old, not really to my taste rather fussy. We became a bit of the coupling of loud middle English guests about their ski yields and very relieved that we had chosen the beautiful Belvedere Hotel to stay and not these. So I recommend the cake, but nothing else
If you are looking for an excellent stay in Fllims/Laax this is where I would stay with my family. Gorgeous Hotel with a rich history that can almost be felt everything is well maintained! Family Schmidt made this stay as if we were their...family. Compliments. In short: Gorgeous Hotel with great food, big indoor pool and very close to everything.
Wunderschönes Gebäude in toller Lage in Flims. Das Restaurant verfügt über eine wunderbare Terrasse, auf der sehr gutes Essen serviert wird. Schöne Terrasse, guter Service, leckeres Essen und eine gute Weinkarte: alles gut. Aber zu wissen, dass man vielleicht auf demselben Stuhl sitzt, auf dem schon einmal Albert Einstein oder Marie Curie saßen, macht alles besonders.
This hotel has also an excellent restaurant. During our stay we enjoyed a 5 course dinner every evening and it was fantastic. Among the guests were people like Nietzsche and Einstein.
